This page displays one example of a card purported to be an Issue 05 card but bearing the artwork of Sky Issue 06/07/08, this card was advertised for sale as a “Quick Start” card with accompanying paperwork. Why there are multiple designs across one single card issue is unclear, as speculated in the notes section for Sky Issue 04 there may have been unused pre-printed cards which would otherwise have been wasted.

This is the last card to include text referring to an expiry date, despite not displaying one. Future cards would simply be replaced as required, not according to a pre-set schedule as intended for early cards of this design.
