Although this card is labelled only as Issue 09, there are at least two versions. One used prior to “PhONEday” and one used after it, with differing phone numbers according to the new STD scheme. The new design has a slightly more elaborate rear design, with an inverted white-on-black “IMPORTANT” banner across the top and a black square in the bottom left corner. It appears to be similar in style to the North American DirecTV card featured here. This is anomalous, because newer issues revert to the style used on the older cards, including the earlier revision of this Issue 09 card. The two cards also have differently-shaped smartcard contacts.
