Note that the source suggests the tuning list is from 1996, however the presence of Discovery Home & Leisure indicates a later date as this change from TLC took place in April 1997. Based on data analysed in the writing of this article, mid-1997 seems likely due to the absence of National Geographic (September 1997) or newer UKTV channels such as UK Horizons (November 1997).
