This card (colnect.com), amongst other examples present on that site, uses the newer style of subscriber number print used in later issues.

To the left of the smartcard chip contacts, there is a small letter, which appears to correspond with differently-shaped contacts (and presumably a slightly different card type, or manufacturer?). These letters, as gleaned from colnect.com and the examples present in this collection, are C, CL, H, K, S, and U. Other letters observed on various card issues include A, B, V, X, and Z. This practice seems to have begun at some point during the use of Issue 12 analogue cards.
